The Lone Oak Wedding Farm is an extension of the Lone Oak Sunflower Farm. Traditionally, since 2021, we have hosted weddings during sunflower season; however, the short season posed challenges in coordinating wedding dates with the blooming period of the sunflowers.

In 2023, our farm experienced a significant rainstorm that resulted in extensive flooding, damaging a substantial number of our sunflowers and a large portion of our corn maze. Consequently, the grounds were left in a condition that prevented us from opening the sunflower portion of the farm or hosting our Family Farm Days at all.  We were only able to open our corn maze for a few days.

In 2024, we made the decision to take a season off from Sunflowers and focus solely on expanding our weddings into a year round affordable option. 

We are conveniently located just 15 minutes southwest of Detroit Metro Airport and in the charming town of New Boston, Michigan. Our farm is an ideal setting for your special day.

We cater to a variety of wedding styles, including elopements, vow renewals, and traditional weddings, accommodating up to 60 guests. 

Our turnkey wedding packages include an officiant dressed in farmer attire for your ceremony, although formal attire is also available upon request.
